hello i have a bit of a problem. I have not received my confermation email because for some odd reason my email wont recieve any email from anyone now. so I have changed my email and requested a confermation email yesterday. If i could please get some help on the subject it would be appreciated.

Okay so first problem solved ... the email change didnt go through all the way or something i feel dumb none the less but now hehe... The link is saying that their is no account with my email adress. ☹ any ideas suggestions or anything will be extremely appreciated. Thanks

You might have entered the wrong email adress in the beginning of your account creation. Try going to 'change email adress' in the startuop screen.

I have seen this happen before, make sure you have notified a moderator in game and they will help you, otherwise, send an e-mail to any of the mods on the forum and they will have the appropriate person check it out for you.

Okay problem solved the link was broken in the email. For any of you who have this same problem. Simply just copy the enitre link including the numbers which are NOT part of the clickable link and paste it in the adress bar

Actually correct way to contact about any technical issue is to e-mail at support@enkord.com - annoying moderators is not an issue, they might be busy at the moment or simply just not in the mood to leave everything and to go check your problem.
So if it's common in-game bug - post it on forums in "Bugs" section.
If you have a problem with your account - e-mail at support@enkord.com and provide as much detail as possible.
