Step 1: Uninstall Gunrox.
Step 2: Get onto a Windows account that is not a "GUEST".
Step 3: When you have logged onto a Windows account that is not a GUEST, disable anti-virus.
Step 4: Download Gunrox.
Step 5: Run as administrator.
With "GUEST" accounts you do not get as much rights privilege as you would a normal account.
Open these ports through your firewall.

Request berserker's help.
The only other thing that I know that could be wrong is that Internet Provider blocks those ports. If this is the case, you would have to contact your Internet Provider.
