Yesterday my mom charged 100 Euros on the Credit card...i tried to charge with it 150 k enkord on Tarox acc so i can un-block it...and hen the rest of money use for clothes,db exps,new build....but everytime i tried to charge 150 k enkor when i complete all it just say that my charge is failed,without saying any reason.And today when i woke up,my mom said that she chacked thecard and that is missing 85 Euros...but when didnt recieved any money in GAME !
WHat should i do berserker? I'm Tarox Help plz ☹
P.S. This is my 4.th time that i am charging with card 150 k enkord....it will be more if some mod help me 😝

You should provide more details. If you used Super Rewards there is a green "View offer status" button, where you can inquire about your payment.
If it's RegNow, then send your order number to RegNow support at orders@regnow.com

Moderators can't help at charging problems, we can't check the database or your charging-details. Information about your accounts and payments also not for common forum.
First check the offerstatus of all of your orders.
Write a mail with as much as possible informations at support@enkord.com
Because of using an external company like regnow or other companys try to contact them directly. This is the fastest and best way to answer open questions like time of order, transfernumbers, accountinformations or what ever they want to know.
Just notice as long as no money reach your account just the external companys or your personal mobile-provider earn your money. For example nobody of us can proof what sms you send.
Btw. In past i also had problems with charging and i solve this with support of regnow and differnt emails.

Tell ur mom to call the credit card company and ask them who took the 85 euros.. problem solves ☺😁. if regnow or super reward took it, all u need to do is email them the order number at ur mom email or whoever email u use on charging step...
