When start up the game it says I have to download the new update to play. So I try to download the new update it gives me this message:
The instruction at "0x02448e56" refrenced memory at "0x00000028". The memory could not be "read".
By the way this is my first time attempting to play the game 😝
I don't know if it has anything to do with it but I'm using firefox and yes I've tried uninstalling and downloading it again.

Make sure you are running it under administrator rights. Also the game has log files, it might be helpful if you could post their contents.
