option 1:
Un install - re install gunrox
option 2: send an emil via gunrox/enkord distupiting your problem and they will tell you how to fix it.
option 3: Look threw your file folder of gunrox and put it up on a post to show what the problem is and if your missing anything for the update to work
(that's usally the source of the problem)
