as you can see in the attached jpg, the Turtle perk description has inconsistency in the % amount of the damage resistance. In one place its written 2% and in another its 3%. Turtle desciption inconsistency.JPG

It's not inconsistency, turtle per gives 2% per unused AP plus it gives 3% of constant damage resistance like 3 damage resistance perks.
