Something I noticed while on a few of my alternate accounts recently:
The "Naked Opponent" Modifier triggers when the player is naked. Even if the opponent the player faces is not "naked" and brings equipment into the match. The modifier also does not always trigger when fighting a naked opponent when equipped.
This is causing all kinds of problems for those that are forced to play with handouts - causing a massive reduction in experience. This and those that play with equipment have a bad incentive to play against those without equipment.
