I have usually topped up enkord by using the Pay with Mobile option. It has worked all the time until the last 24 hours. All the providers I choose and send a mobile text response to have not provided me with enkord and I get the message saying my payment is still processing. Could you please check to see that there isn't a bug on your end?
I am going to miss out buying 3 items on Auction because of this. I cannot use any other form of payment as the mobile phone function is my only option for me to purchase enkord. Please refund the 300 enkord I have lost by putting bids on items in the Auction house and then finding out that your enkord purchase service doesn't work.

If you use SuperRewards there is a green "View offer status" where you can inquire about your payments. We are not affiliated with SuperRewards, we just use them for payment processing so we can't do anything about that, you should contact them yourself via that green button.
