i was in a a 2x2 in junkyard with my friend. i was out side of the house and the enemy was inside. the enemy through a acid grenade at the wall and i got poisioned. but the next time it was my turn, i wasnt poisioned i never took anypoision damage. when the wall was hit by the acid it said 7 damage and "posion" but i didnt get poisioned the symbol wasnt even above my life.

no poision didnt work on me it said i got poisioned but i never did. i NEVER in that entire fight got damaged by poision

Correct, if you are "hiding" behind wall or tree, you will only be poisoned for 1 damage (plus the actual grenade damage). Then it will go away on your next turn.
