Even if the email was changed, the emergency code stay on original account's email. look for it on registration email.

did you tell him your email and he got the emergency code?
if its the case, sorry but your account its lost forever...

Problem solved. Its his acc, not mine - he just cant use the forum. The emergence code works, but only when the tief was offline. We tried to write the code when he was online and thats why we get confused.
Appreciate your help.
