well i've seen this bug quite a few times and no one reported this
well when u rapidly click and keep clicking it u can switch weapons for 0 ap i've
seen people do this so i tried it and it works u can switch and u dont waste ap
so whats the point of having the pistol perk that makes switch cost 0 ap when
u can do this bug for free
maybe u can fix this or take out the pistol perk and put a new one

It is not a bug. If you switching weapon more then 1 time in a row, you spent only 1 ap (not 1 ap per each switch)

It still consumes 1 AP to swith for the first time, it only allows to switch for 0 AP after you switched before. If you make a step or shoot someone then you will have to spent 1 AP again in order to switch, while Pistol perk allows to switch for 0 AP at any time.
