This doesn't always happen, but sometimes when in a fight (from my experience team fight only) after one short disconnect i was unable to return to the game.
Game loaded connected and opened, but when i attempted to enter the fight the screen remained frozen on the loading of the map (see attached image) and i was unable to return to the fight itself. At the same time i could log in with my other account and didn't experience any connection issues - for that reason it looks like a client bug when returning into an ongoing fight after a dissconnect.
