Update 15-Feb-2010 - Tournament Beta
In this update we've added fully automated tournaments. Tournament functionality is still in beta so it is available only for a limited number of players who are chosen to play beta-test tournament this week, but once it is properly tested and fixed it will be available to everyone within a few weeks. Hold on... regular tournaments are closer than ever before!
In this update: - tournaments (beta) - memorial boulevard tweaked (more obstacles in center) - additional effects of explosive weapons (stun, blind, poison) now have no effect through non-visible obstacles - acid mine now 4 AP (was 6), bear trap now 6 AP (was 4) - we forgot to flip AP when we flipped those two. Music redone
Today DJ MoHaX (aka masssage) have finished redoing music for GUNROX and we uploaded our latest track (chat/menu music). Now it features calm ambient sounds with random distant shots and other industrial sounds. Hopefully it will be more relaxing to chat between matches.
Not so long ago we changed music on Clover Quarter to feature Country/Drum 'n Bass mix and Mystic Forest to feature extended version of other DnB mix from GUNROX: Zombietown flash game. We hope now GUNROX will be more enjoyable for you to play.

Update 02-Feb-2010 - Medal progress bar added + random battle fixes
- Added progress-bars for medals
- Added counter of currently accumulated cash from random battle waiting - Now random battle payout when you accumulate 50 EC (was 100) - If player is away, random battle ready checkbox is automatically disabled - Random battle differential is now +/-3 levels from level 30 (was from 25) - If player is away for 15 minutes within game he is considered as agreed to abort. Update 29-Jan-2010 - Chainsaw + Random Battles improved
New weapon added: Chainsaw
Random battles improved: - added medal when you wait for a random battle long enough (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month). Rewards are perk resets and full resets. - when you wait for random battle each minute of waiting gives you 1 Enkord Cash (you will receive cash once you will accumulate 100 EC) - works only for those accounts which confirmed e-mail. - when you quit any random battle, your award counters (both for cash and medals) are dropped. - random battle starts a fight for players with +/-1 level differential (+/-2 from level 15, +/-3 from level 25) Read More...

Item price reduction
We've reduced prices of all basic items in Cash Shop by 5 points. This includes weapons, armor, and basic ammo. This is most noticeable on low level items so hopefully it will be easier to play for low level players. For example Baseball Bat was 10 EC, now it's 5 EC, MP5 was 25 EC now 20 EC, 7.62 bullets was 15 EC, now 10 EC and so on.

Campaign against account hackers
Recently some people hacked into the account of moderator BEEmine, and entered under his account to spy for games and make illegal punishments. We have proactively took measures against those hackers, the moderator account was restored, and all illegal punishments cleared. Here is the list of people who used the moderator's account and they are now banned forever:
Bravox[32] keyt[28] _Deflash_[24] -chule-[7] more_myo[7] Guu_LHP[14] _xXx_victo_xXx[1] _X_victo_X_[2] These people also had access to accounts of some other players, including famous high level ones like lil_god. Since this is a very serious issue from now on we will announce about an extensive anti-hacker campaign. Update 28-Dec-2009 - Forest tweaking, battle details, and flags
- Mystical Forest area tweaked visually to be more eye-friendly.
- After the battle there are new tab added which has detailed overview of damage done, experience earned, and modifiers that influenced experience calculation. - Now you can place a flag on the map which will be visible to your teammates - useful for memorizing last know position of your enemy. - Now it is shown number of active players you have referred in the Cash Shop (unlike total number of referrer registrations before this update). - In game lobby experience hint also tells experience limit increase due to equipped artifacts. - Cursor is now changed when grenade or bayonet mode is enabled.

Christmas Update - Mystical Forest and more
Christmas and Winter Holidays are coming fast and we've prepared a good pack of holiday presents for you!
First and foremost: new location added: Mystical Forest, available for players of level 11+ We continue with our anti-farming measures and after disabling storage accounts we are trying to reduce exp farming, so experience while fighting naked now reduced a bit again, also when you fight other naked player, you receive less experience as well (effective starting from level 20 and on level 30 it reaches maximum penalty). Update 24-Nov-2009 - Clone Accounts tracking
ATTENTION: From now on we are starting to take active measures against alternate accounts used as storage. Be aware that those accounts will be banned forever and you may loose your hard earned items. To remind you - according to game rules, you can have multiple accounts, but ANY interaction between those accounts are prohibited, even using proxy players.
Helping other player to transfer items between his accounts will result in ban as well. Instead of making storage accounts you better purchse storage increase feature in cash shop. To make it easier for people who doesnt have much cash that feature price is permanently decreased in half. We also announce timeout time until next week so you will have a chance to recover your items from clones. Starting from next week storage accounts will be banned. Update 13-Nov-2009 - Big Gun Number One
+ New weapon added - final rocket launcher that requires skill 120
+ Damage of AT4, M202, and Rainmaker increased + New ammo type added - big rockets + Rocket launcher speciality perks now have -20 weight penalty, not -30 + Gunblade bayonet now requires 2 AP instead of 3 + Free startup items now taken away after the battle (people farmed 40mm, medikits and mines by starting game where first player is naked and second player quits after first minute).
