Tired of losing because of unbalanced games...
Like in any game, teamwork can make or break you. In this game, it's severely amplified.
In my last game, I played a 3-on-3 game. One of my teammates QUIT on the very first turn, and the other played total kamikaze, sending single men out to PUNCH the enemy. I was screwed from the start, and there was no way to prevent this.
What makes this worse is losing all of my equipment. There was literally NOTHING I could have done to save my gear. I was a dead man walking, and nothing could be done to stop it.
Now, this, as well as starting with unbalanced teams (my first game was a 2-on-1, with me being the target dummy), makes the game really, really frustrating to play. It's almost not worth going into team games, since I could be saddled with a complete loser.
Something really needs to be done about team balancing, keeping people from STARTING unfairly uneven games. 2-on-1 isn't fun if you're the 1. It shouldn't even be POSSIBLE.
Likewise, people who quit early really need to have severe punishments put on them. Quitting when you're the last member of your team, and you're about to die anyway, isn't such a big deal, but someone quitting in the first few turns, before the enemy is even seen, completely screws over your team.
Lastly, PLEASE do something about losing all equipment when you lose a game. A few bad matches, like the ones mentioned above, can completely drain your stockpile, through no fault of your own. This alone will drive players away faster than anything else in the game.

i can fell your pain.
you are mad at your stupid teammates, yeah it happens sometimes 😡
i dunno whats your lvl, but i can give you little advice. try to spend skills at 2, max 3 weapons type, so you will get free ones when you start, and that is VERY useful (afair 17 for aks, 20 m79, and so.... check it). if you have free weapons, talk with your enemies, and set the rule, that nobody has any weapon at start ; )
1. game is fair, couse you both have same weapons
2. you and your opponent cant lose anything (but some time ; ) ), so there is higher chance to arrange fight, even with some level difference
if you win that kind of battle, you will bring some stuff for sure: ) and after few battles, you storage will be full, you could fight some "normal" fights, lose all stuff, and all over again 😉
of course you can be cheated (some players hide stuff and tells you that have nothin), but this is rare (i think), just dont worry, add them to ignore list, and try to win with someone else 😉 thats my little advice ;D so far that strategy is working great for me (free h&k mp5, yeah! 😁)
btw why number of emoticons in post is limited to 4? lol

1. They ARE punished. We have a quit counter that is visible to anyone if it is above 6 quits. Big number of quits drops player rank down to Deserter.
2. Start team fights only with people you know or at least check their stats before pressing ready. If player has significant number of quits, low rank or even Deserter rank it is a good sign that he won't help you much in the game.
To summarize: the game has enough instruments to prevent your problems, you just need to be attentive and play more.

Deserters are heavily punished, as berserker notes - having that red icon near your name means that no one is going to want to play a team game with you.
Seriously, when you get the deserter icon, you might as well restart your account.
Of course, occassionally, you do get flat-out bad teammates; but it is something that can happen in any team game - sadly, its a risk you always take. Good idea to make friends that you can rely on, or begin a list of good players to team with.
kthx.

Another thing to watch for is for those that don't really quit out, but get DC'd from a connection issue (it has happened to me while testing a new router). Those that do get DC'd have a chance to get back into the game without getting a "quit" recorded against them. If you do have a teammate like that, remember that name, and try to avoid him (unless he literally rocked the other side!).
