Sniper rifle
Previously sniper rifles was quite powerful.
Now they are too weak (or not too, as somebody says).
what rules for them you prefer in this game.

the new sniper skill adjustment is very balanced betwen his accuracy and hit power, now i like that 😁
this ommit sittuation when players got 3 ppl with snipers rifle and use them as middle range...

Now often a sniper scratch only. Get 10 hitpopints or less. And he can shoot only one time per turn. So he is very useless. With regeneration skill such kind of hit makes the enemy smile about it.
The argument for changing was: many using it like ak with better power. But i never realise that.
I better balance option could be eventually other changes.
For example 3 changes:
Old power or a little more
- he can do only one shoot and this should be effective
Range 10-19 (or some more)
- No-one can use it like ak, cause the enemy must be out of sight of the shooting sniper.
Scope cost 6 ap.
- I sniper can not scope and shoot at one turn. He want an assistent like in real. (most snipers working in team, one man scope an other shoot.)

One sniper is usefull if other mans work for it, 3 snipers in team not so effectiv like before. Only scope for enemys cost many aps. No sniper can go scope twice times and hide again. If only the sniper survive he is very uneffectiv and must use other weapons. And the special perk (better sight or ap) becomes more power, because sniper can see the enemy and shoot an enemy in range of 10 or scope and shoot in one turn like now.

The change in range does sound like a possible idea... but take this into consideration... As you boost your sniper rifle skill, your accuracy, minimum and maximum ranges improve. So a highly skilled sniper could theoretically use a sniper rifle like a universal weapon... but with minimal results. Another thing I'm thinking about is making the sniper rifle more consistent when it doesn't scratch (boosting minimum damage, not maximum).

yes, because this is why we made scope and binoculars. we already have binoculars which cost 6 ap som making 6 ap for scope will make the scope completely useless.

michielh3 is right. sniper rifles are perfect now and those who do not like them will be able to reskill their characters before the release (we will make another global skill reset). Personally I have 2 snipers in my team and I feal they are perfect.

But with normal sniper-weapon i see more scratches at maximum of 10. At me or opponents its still the same. The dugarov is much more usefull thats right. But you get this from start only with very high skill and its very rare in boxes. Higher level sniper-weapons like you are using (or you starting with this because your level) could be much more better. Eventuelly thats the reason of the different point of view.
Only highlevel-player means they are perfect. Most (all?) player of lower level means they are useless.

binoculars takes place in inventory and want some weight and you can use it only one time (or not?, i dont remember). I mean binoculars are useless. Only the higher radius is a point im thinking about it. If you had a sniper why should you use binoculars?

You are wrong. if you use basic sniper rifle with high sniper skill it will miss way less than more powerful one due to skill improves accuracy. Oh, and if you have to much scratches you probably using sniper rifle at it's maximum range. Try tomove closer.

I think you missed the point for the scope boost.
If you wanted to get the bonus for the critical hit rate, you would have to first use the scope (perhaps it only works on targets that get sighted?) for 5 AP. Then shooting the weapon would take 7 AP (later rifles may use less or more AP from what I know) with the bonus. Do the math: 7 + 5 = 12. That's the usual AP count per unit (the only problem here would be one that also had SMG perks... especially More Action!). So the sniper would have to stand still to get the bonus and shoot; also, moving after using the scope causes the scoped out area to darken!
