I just want to suggest this thing,,,
if you are playing with a 2 on 2 or more ...
pls..add a new feature like if the winning team won't lose any men and all are complete...
they could receive a extra exp...like 5 to 10%

in a game...they could chose their name so that they could have unity
and if those members of that team play again they would automatically use the named they chosed for themselves...

And as far as i know , you already get more xp if you have received les damage , so losing unit is probably already calculated..

As i already said not losing units is as far as i know already calculated in the xp formula.
I've played some games with about the same damage given/resieved and same level of enemy but one with 1 unit left and one with all 3 left, the one with all 3 left got more xp 😁
Could also be the sligth difference in damage given/taken but i think it also because of the units left.

My suggestion is give much more exp. if you won't lose any exp.
Example:
you are fighting and you didn't lose anything..
then example you get 3000 exp...the right amount you get if calculated...
but what if you add 10% of the calulated amount of exp.

i know how do you feel mate i been away for 2 weeks..and now its hard to keep up with those lvl monsters 😁 , but you have to realize that there is no point having lvl 50 if you dont get the hang of the game? you know what i mean? liek perfect balanced team superb tactics ..Thats WHAT IS ALL THIS GaME ABout Its a tactic game not a I want to be first to get to lvl 50 😁😁

In a FAIR game, it should be virtually impossible for you to go without ever taking damage at all. Why should he add something that adds a benefit one time out of a million during fair play, and encourages people to cheat, screw over teammates by hiding, and so on?
Edit: If you only want benefits for not having anyone DIE, that's already in the game, as noted by michielh3.

A beta is the WRONG time to be throwing in wrong random bits just to see if they're good... beta testing is generally for bug-fixing, load balancing, and adjusting the major details that are already in the game. Alpha testing (which is already done) is when Devs try out significant ideas.
And no Developer is ever going to add something that he thinks is a bad idea... Berserker's response above should give you an idea of his reaction to the idea.

The problem that being posed by this idea is that players would start to "Farm" experience... which is against the rules here in Gunrox. The moderators here (me being one of them) don't want to spend all of our time in-game banning players for experience farming. Also, if you do go "perfect" and not lose any units, you should be taking on tougher opposition!

well..I dont really know how system works...

but in this case...I am against getting more xp. first of all..I was against even you gaining more levels at all. This game is olny for fun and that;s all. I understand this is all strategy guiding and increasing game diversity..
but I wished I could simply play against everyone without having to worry about levels. I dont really care about experience...and I have good memories of the times when everybody I played with was level 1 and thats all. It was easy to begin a game.
Now you have to balance stuff and else.
furthermore...if not for wich weapons you can use, I dont see much statistic differences on investing points in a skill. It takes long time untill it really shows up as something effectivelly.
That s something I like, because it means the difference between close levels is almost unexistant. yet...
the slower people gain levels...the best.
