We'll reset perks and skills for all beta testers for free before release once again. But if you decide to reskill your character after that you will have to purchase reskill points in Cash Shop as HomeRnDrby1 said.

Right, but it will likely be the LAST CHANCE for you to get things squared away before you will have to pay to reset. So get it right when your stats are reset so you don't have to reset again!
Here's a hint: certain secondary weapons are great fall-backs for certain high AP primary weapons... I won't tell you which combos though.

yes but See The name Secondary weapons Means that secondary weapon should be a secondary weapon ..nowdays i seen peoples having a secodnary skills higher that primary..but then theres a big question why do i have use all my skillpoints on primary skills if instead of that i can have all secondary skill at enough level to get all the stuff?I think there are still some deadly weapons out there what should later be qualificied as primary skill..😝
