Its about time I made my first post...
I am here to request a consideration on the way Experience is divvied out. To prevent such people from being discouraged about their play style or a group strategy... To prevent people from being selfish and gearing out max dps and not playing smart... To encourage ALL members to play group games.
It is my personal feeling that XP should be counted up and DIVIDED EQUALLY among all party members. Of course this is before bonuses.
If this is not an option, there really should be a minimum winners XP. Perhaps even as little as 200 for the 2-man, 300 for the 3-man, and 400 for the 4-man.

why divided it equal? now more damage you deal more xp you will earn, and this is fair, couse in almost all cases when you give over 1000 dmg = you had very good game
equal xp is like socialism - everybody will be waiting for anybody else to do the job 😁

Only problem with EXP sharing is that it will promote new players to use better players as "shields". And that's not a good idea in the first place.

Aye, I hear you Derby. I feel that that the mirror problem to this is that people will spec to full DPS and not a well rounded, efficient team. Also, a cause for "hiding" behind the victims as it were...
I would assume that the 2 points make each other moot.
How about the small minimum XP reward option?

I disagree about the socialism comparison Piahoo.
The bottom line is that each damage done to the enemy is a great thing for the whole team. We can all cheer about shots being made and not worry about who gets to shoot who for XP. Everyone will then work together to create the most havoc. Whether you are the bait, the medic, the trapper, or the big gunner... all can work in unison.
The case now is that we silently curse under our breath about the choices our teammates make regarding taking our kills and/or doing damage, when they should be doing something else for the sake of the "team". Some people make selfish choices simply to rake in the XP.
I think we can all agree that our motivations can be correctly righted when the XP sharing is in place.
I also don't need to tell you that if you implement this change, you may also gain several new avenues about people respecing perks for solo and/or group combat. Whereas currently people simple leave it as is and avoid 1x1 or avoid group combat. You would be effectively be making more money with this option.

xp sharing imho is bad idea, but overally this can be implemented only in clan wars, there this have right to be, clan xp sharing
