can there be a feature on game preparation screen;
an implementation that ;
"everbody will have own stuff back -that they have at the beginning- when the game end"
it may be useful especially

IMO it would kind of ruin the whole "punishment for loosing" aspect. Then the only disadvantage for loosing would be less XP, +1 to loss stat (if anyone cares) and no possibility to get extra items in that match. Then noone would ever have problems getting the gear they want, and I think that is part of the game to have to loot sometimes ☺
If it also applied to the winning team they would also not have the possibility to bring back the cool magic armor they just found, and maybe that would suck.

If there is no investment in the fight there should be no gain either, so it should have experience penalty similar to going into a fight without weapons.
