hi!
a new user was reffered by me (by the address http://www.gunrox.com/?ref=adamadam). he is now lvl 2 (and by the time u read this probably lvl 3) and yet (even though a game update was installed today by me) i havnt recieved the game cash in the store in the game, 😲 niether a reffered player has been listed in the corner of the page were its supposed to. 😲
please help me, or explain what i did wrong. 😕 😕 (btw the players is im_new_here)
the bugs:
when ur standing in the spot of a died persons bag and u take an item from it and wish to put it on you and use it (armor for example, or a weapon...) u cant. if u click on it the game will re-show what is in the bag! (and of course i have enough ap to do so left)
another thing is the cash store. u cant exit it!
the "quit" button just doesnt work!!!
and iv tried many times, in many different times of the day (thought maybe server too occupied or my connection laggs...) but it doesnt work!
please help RE money from reffers

That player does not have your reference. This might happen if player is not new and he already played the game before clicked your link. For example this might happen if you decide to "refer" your clone account.

People should also be aware of the fact that the user needs to create the account immediately after having used the reference link. If e.g. a person gets the reference link while at work an thinks "hmm.. looks interestering. gunrox.com, I will remember that". And then when he gets home goes to www.gunrox.com and downloads the game and creates and account, then the referral will not work.

Not sure...
User just need download game using your refference link. Do not need create account immediately after installing game - he can do it later too.

Actually user even don't need to download the game. He can download it later. All he need is to click the link with referrence. But he should be new player, if he tried the game earlier it won't work.

berserker: Note than in my example the user clicked the link while sitting on one computer (at his job) and downloaded the game and created an account on another computer (at home), so no matter if you are using cookies or storing his IP when he hits the referral link I guess the referral would fail because he changed computer/IP, or am I missing something?

a system like that cant work
you have only an ip of the clicker or downloader or players, and that can change easily
how can you know is that the same man who clicked who downloaded and who got account
now, u r trying to find an explanation coz dont want to say 'we tricked you for advertisement'
: )
im sure u can find, go on, maybe you'll give some cash to some players, maybe you'll ban some of,
and solve it

Of course it won't work. You can make up a thousand imaginary situations but in most cases user tries the game at the same PC and this is what referrer system is usually tracks.

Now I ask you to be careful with your words. What you do is slander without arguments. I can assure that our referrer system is reliable and tracks new players in 99% cases and accusing us in scam is a serious proclamation. Next time if you treat us like that without evidence you will be banned.
We are seriously concerned about this referrer program and trying to make everything possible for people to be rewarded for their work and advertisement. Of course it might have some unaware minor bugs but in general it works quite well and there are people already who started to earn their Enkord Cash like players grzesiek, PoolSafety to name a few.
