MORE CONTROLL
In faster games i've become more prone to using the "hotkeys" for inventory, switching people and endind my turn. It's too much to try to "CLICK" everything in a 40sec game!
Existing Hot Keys:
"1,2,3 / TAB" switch people
"I" inventory
"Q" (think i should be "W" but) switch equipt weapon
"E" End turn
I think there should be more hotkeys implemented in the game.
"B" blind fire grenade
"G" grenade launcher
"S" scope/binocs
"M" medikit
"T" place trap
"H" (for medics) Heal adjacent unit (would still have to click if there was more than one unit adjacent)

You are missing already implemented hotkeys which can do all of the above. They are F1 - F10 for each additional button like medicit, optics, etc.
