i don't know if others here are experiencing lags all the time, which come and go... the game can be smooth for 5 minutes, and then hell for another 5, in which you simply can't do anything, not even write(anything which concerns the site sending data, you can still enter menu's and stuff). and it gets sometimes stuck when the only way to solve it is to restart the game. my internet connection is absolutely fine, everything else goes smooth, i don't download anything while playing and i didn't change my connection, when the game ran perfectly before.
i hope the admins can help me here, couse i'm a heavy supporter of this game(spent well over 100 dollars already) so i hope i'll get some serious help.

I think you should ask your provider as we don't have such problems and server is in reliable U.S. datacenter.

Those who have lag should run a trace to gameserver ip and see where the signal dies, maybe post the report here. It is useless to just state "its not in my end" ☺
