Game Mode ReDux!

Game Mode ReDux!
It has come to my attention that the latest game mode: KOTH, is barely being played anymore. That and there is a lot of new idea talk going on here in the forums. So I've been thinking a bit... instead of new weapons, why not fix one game mode and add another one to Memorial Boulevard or Lost Quarter?
From what I am hearing about King of the Kill:
Being in control of the hill is basically a death wish in the early goings as everybody camps it.
Everyone learns when you take the hill.

Based off that knowledge, I think it might be time for a tweaking of this game mode for more offensive gameplay. Some of the ways we could encourage this:
Give all units in the hill some kind of bonus: like maybe extra defense and offense while in the "zone".
Remove the enemy's knowledge of your control: This would encourage players to keep checking in on it more frequently - and perhaps start rushing it while someone else is in there.
Or crazier yet....
Have the hill "move" every now and then: Every play "Crazy King" in Halo? Yeah... the hill would move to a random location every now and then. Like to a room in a house on the map or inside a chain link fence. This would cause for some very inconvenient moments for zone campers. I would ask for the hill to move favorably for the zone point leaders to encourage more offense.
"Contested" Hills: For teams that really like to get dirty - when two teams are in control, neither side scores points until one side is forced out. Not sure if this is the case yet.

Now the new game mode:
"Search and Seizure" - Only playable through FFA matches
Objective: Obtain three "Intelligence Cases" scattered throughout the map or eliminate all enemies OR eliminate the one unit with all three cases.
The Intel: These cases are lightweight and take up one slot in the unit's inventory. Having one or two does nothing. THREE of them will cause everyone to know where that unit is on the map. However... at the start of the unit's turn, if that unit is alive, that unit's controller WINS THE GAME.
Overtime!: Once one unit has three Intel Cases, his position is revealed to all other players. They must kill that unit or they lose. The general rule of thumb is once you know someone has the cases... it's everyone versus that one player.
The EXP Payout: Should the unit die with three Intel cases, the other players get a little more experience for an objective win. If the unit lives... that unit's controller gets a HUGE bonus for the objective victory.

I think that is awesome idea. This is exactly what gunrox needs, more interesting gametypes that are easy to make work with all the maps there are already. Holding 3 intels for just one round sounds a bit sudden death tho, there might not be anyone close enough to get there in one round, so maybe two or trhee is better.
Also you could have variables of it, say having an intel case makes your unit have longer vision range or more ap or maybe a random boost to some ability, but your unit would be seen by all at the start of your every round. Or maybe the locations of cases should just be visible all the time, and you dont know if it is in a pocket or not before you actually see it. (seeing the case move each turn is a good hint ofc☺ )
