yeah i have a question here, I wasn't thinking about buying or selling accounts, but what got me questioning is that will you get banned if you give away your account to some one for free? i mean not that i would be advertising it
@topic
people can still do the buy and sell thing if they do it outside of admins and mods jurisdictions (this is forums and in game chat)
PS why did hell got banned? i mean not questioning the authority but asking for the reason n.n

No you are not. Any sharing, lending, transfering, renting accounts is prohibited.
Here is the quote from Terms of Service:
3.1.4. ... The User does not have the right to pass his registration (login and password) to the third person as well as does not have the right to obtain it from the third person. ...
