When a player disappears "off the radar", meaning off the rank chart... It simply means he is inactive for a week or more.

correct..all online multiplayer games that have clans/guilds when players get inactive they seem to get kicked
also..paraman seems to change clan alot..i know lots of players that find him annoying

Just to clarify. Going inactive will NOT remove you from the clan. Only the clan leader can kick you or you can quit for yourself. And of course the almighty berserker must have a way of doing this as well.
