Wondering..
Well i was wondering where do u find lvl 13 armorus and 3rd tier weapons ?
if its in junkyard i have bad luck cuase im lvl 9 and played like 100000000 times
in junkyard and didnt find.

I was actually wondering the samething, I was thinkin that 3rd tier stuff starts on memorial blvd probably because of the 15th lvl minimum.

Depends on what kind your looking for. Beginners Quarter was always good to find them. You know, hiding behind them or even inside them. But otherwise try a cow patty after the humidity has been above 80% for a week or so and it just rained.

i tested memo boulivard and yes thats the only place (and ice valley) to get tier 3 armors and weapons... mostly likely to find tier 2 but tier 3 comes up every once in a while....
