perks for machinegun you can first use at level 25+. reskill at this moment is useless because the second machinegun-perk you can use just at level 26 and so on.
BulletRush is shown first at level 25 but you want MachinegunMastery 5 with access just level 29+
Terminator is shown first at level 25 but you want MachinegunMastery 10 with access just level 34+
I believe for most of the poster here will nothing change if i rocket-skill come to the game with nearly the same conditions.
