Next Clan Tourny
Ok this thread is for OPINIONS only about how to make the next clan Tourny funner and better.
ONLY post here if u have GOOD ideas please.
1. Clan lvls should be capped at 130
(3x3 is fun, but 4x4 and 5x5 would be funner, and would show how good the clan acutally is.)
2. ALL players who will participate will need to post there names, NO SUBS will be allowed (so if its 4x4, then ONLY 4 players should be listed).
3. ABSOULUTELY no arts allowed (as in all other tournaments)
4. And i think the last map should be open, ONLY for clan tournament purposes.
5. Games should be more spread out, and not right back to back, as this leads to confusion and mistelling of time.
6. Times for games should be posted as near the middle of day for everyone just to be on the safe side.
Thats all i can think of, if anyone else has any more suggestions please post. But remember this is a thread for OPINIONS of tourny only.

i think ther needs to be an art buyin to turnemnet this why who that realy whats to play will jave somthing to loss if he not come in time and we will not see this type of moving around players

I think at least there can be 1 or 2 substitutes but they are also named 2 days for tourny.
Also I like to see the time for fights announced at least 5 days for the start of tourny because many people got a busy scedule.
So the bottomline players who will play the mega including with substitutes must be announced 2 days before tourny. So we wont get issues about like shura and kpuk joining TR clan just before starting the match thats not fair.

@The_one: free entry makes a tournament for all not just for big chasher like us. Thats ok i think.
But at this tourny we had just a few problems about different situations and the rules. So just the rules must be clear for all and a little harder like at this tourney.
1. It should be a real clan-tourney not a simple mega-tourney. Just the player of clan can enter. No changes minutes before the matches or during the tournament like happen this time. Eventually fix participations some days before tourney too. If a clan get new member its ok but this member are not allowed to play at the tourney.
If somebody cant play, the team must start without this player.
2. This first point wants this 2nd point.
Its better to make fix termins for all matches and this not just a few days or some hours before the matches.
bers said to me i and my clan is not the middle of the world. Thats true. But Bers realise gunrox and you are not the middle of the world too 😉 We all have real life. You and of course we all too.
Its your work and our hobby and we pay for this so we all should work together. And because we paid for the whole game its not funny what happen this tourney.
3. Another wish are more replacement between the participations. A clan is built of all members not just 2-5 members everybody should be a part of it if they want or if the must because some fix termin.
4. With point 3 eventually its possible to make no fixed additional level border for the complete tourney, just a border for the single matches.
For example if Talon must play against toxic a border of 100 is ok because toxic maximum level of 5 player is just 100. But some other matches of clans with higher members cold be use some higher borders for example 150. You can set some of this fix borders and every leader can use one of this border. The lowest wish of both leaders is the fix border for the match.
5. Im happy to see the match of russia vs hobbos. Very interressing and a big thx for this. I want more from this to celebrate the tourney after the final is finish and so the whole community can be part of this event.
Personal: Realise the rules you make was important for us to plan. Some of us cant play the complete week because we cross the border if just one of them level up. And now all this things happens we are dissapointed about. And it is bad if everbody (mods and player) can interpret to rules at another way.

if u want arealy good clan turnement u need to do like the olimpecs
ther sould be 1x1 2x2 3x3 4x4 5x5 games
and all players of the clan mast play at list in one game and the winer wite the most points will get gold and then silver and bronze
and it will take like 2 weeks that will be so intresting
and maybe do acompatation like king of the hill

Do you think this was easy to orginize? We all have gripes with ber about some things but this tourny was brillant. Some tweaks are needed obviously but the rules were grey and people took advantage. We have to take our lumps and move on.
If we keep bitching all day are we ever gonna have a tourny again?

if you are wanting to say something negative about a suggestion being made then please make your own post, i was told to make this post by Bers, so please dont flood this post with meaningless nonsense.
Also, what Knut said is good, we should consider doing a 10v10 CLAN tourny and finally decide what clan is the best in the game, granted the smaller lvl clans has less chance, but that means they are just not #1. I think that this would be a AWSOME experience for all, and will allow the smaller clans to see what they can become when they get higher. Will give them something to strive for. But in order to do this the round timer will have to be set at 40 seconds, and maybe only 1 or 2 fights a day, so this will be like a 3-4 day event. Please consider this Bers, as I think this will be the best tourny yet, and everyone will have a awsome time with it.

Bro i wouldn`t say brilliant , 1 very few clan members could take part because of the 100 lev cap and only 2 subs rule and the lack of the rule to stop people swapping clans minutes before a game meant this was no `CLAN` tournament. Yes it was great if u have a load of level 20`s in ur clan or u have no clan loyalty so allow anyone into ur team just before the game. I`d say that is a little more than `tweaks needed` so before u attack others ideas maybe try adding something positive like what u would have changed. Many of us have had the oppotunity 2 become a mod but chose clan loyalty instead.

if you're ignorant to the problems which happened, and you're too lazy to even look in the forums, nobody is going to spoon feed you.
i'm real happy for you that you didnt need to experience the problems some of us suffered in this tourney. the point of this thread is to help make the next one better. if you're not interested in helping, you can go take a hike.
a way to keep the clans original-before each tournament the moderators should list the clan members as they were before they knew a tournament would happen, and those clan members can play only for those clans for that tournament.
exactly like UEFA champions league model, where if a player played for a team in the champions league, and he's transfered to another team in the middle of the tournament, he can't play for that team for the rest of the tournament.
this will also make everything simple with participants lists, as they won't be needed. the clans ARE the lists.
make categories-
40-49 level 3x3/4x4/5X5 megas
30-39 level 3x3/4x4/5X5 megas
20-99 level 3x3/4x4/5X5 megas
where the difference level between two team can me 5 MAX, that way no level cap is needed. if only 3 players can play for a certain team, it's gonna be a 3x3 match. all depending on number of players

There is a lot of models for tournaments. Cups, league, categories... etc'.
I myself prefer the KISS principle: Keep It Stupid and Simple.
The tournament was arranged in a simple and fun way. There will always be someone unsatisfied, but well that's life.
The only thing i agree about is participants rule which could be sharpened.
In my opinion it would be better to just require a clan to provide a list of members before start (who are already clan members), the participating members can switch places in games as much as they like but they can only play in their clan and not jump to others.
This will give clans flexibility if someone can't make it on one hand and prevent the situation of temporary members on the other.

I consider what now silly to hold clan tournaments as now a clan it simply badge which does not give anything except 20hp and with which you play friends.
And how can battle RT vs Toxic 5vs5? It is impossible.
Toxic a good command but too small level in comparison with others. But it does not mean that they not "a clan №1".
When all will reach 50lvl and clans will be completely altered then and it will be possible to find out what clan number one.
For now it is simply command fight 100lvl max.

Yes Lover, some player couldnt start because they are to strong. For example mjx or swat with some players over Level40.
If they start to it would be another tourney.
So my suggestions was to make felixble borders.
A fight of TR s Toxic is another Level like a fight of Swat vs MJX. So its better to allow different constelations and different borders but at end nataurally balanced matches.
I dont believe Level 50 is end of leveling because i see in the files of Gunrox the bonus for leveling is pssible for level 1-100

clan tourneys is good rewards are better 😁
but i have abit different suggestion. what about clan medals (could be Cup) just as personal medals there could be clan medals for exm win20 clan megas, i mean there must be in one team at least 3 same clan members but in the other team cant be the same clan member, or just the whole team must be same clan, or each clan member must win 50 games samething like that. for awards lets say maybe 1kexp to each clan member or something. it would be nice and even maybe players wont be jumping from one clan to another. and of course there must be a Cup for clan tourney's winners. oh well its just a suggestion so dont kill me for that 😉

Ufff i have just finished read it all .
I like red t. but after this i change my opinion about few persons from this clan. It's normally that during every competition something could be wrong for example any technical problems with equipment or you can suffer from contusion. It is SPORT the same like game !!! every pride sportsmen (only pride) know about it and know how lose with honour !!
But one of the red talons dont know and priv me after our second hard battle to play another because he has some problems with " broken rules".
I answer him that we are all tired, we play from morning and we dont know about other problem's , we have big problems to complete our teams too but we dont told about this others because it was our problem not others. After my answer he abuse me he said that i am loser and piece of ..😉
It was maddawg - for me stupid kid without honour !!! who dont respect other competitors and think only about yourself. Personaly i will be happy if he leave gunrox and never back again.

You said the situations happens at evening of tourney? So realise our heads burns at this evening we all were very disappointed. Its like your national soccerteam lose the final of worldcup because a referee give red card without reason or miss an 100% penalty.
He insult you as he feels sad/bad. But now you insult him as stupid kid and i believe you feeling fine now.
As he feel normal again he start this thread. He just wish for a better tourney next time.
We lose a good member and friend of us named pimenta. He is gone because all the things which happen this day. Since this i nerver see him online here.
You said something about the critiques of tourney at the other thread too, so i answer there.

Dude obviously you lack the sense of being able to read proper english, THIS is not a thread to make complaints or anything, please make your own thread and talk about me if you wish, and yes i did say that to you, because almost all your clan agreed to the match but you, because you said you were scared to loose your spot. But its over and done with, move on, no body else is complaining about it but you, so please dont post on here to flame, cuz this thread will be closed. this is for opinions on a new tourny, not arguments.
