Charging money for a player
I want to know what is the policy in that matter , I heard its designed only
for those countries that cant charge E-cash themselfs due to poor or none
payment methods.
If I have a friend , or clan member who needs cash , is it possible for me to
charge cash to that player ?

as long as u can charge e cash u can send to any player you want,double click on there name and u will see a small square box that says charge e cash to this player, click on that if they acept, it takes you to your payment method, select payment method, select how much e cash u will transfer, but again u have to buy this e cash it can not come from your own personal stash.
