hey you have a point there.😁
some weather effects will/can add more realism and strategy to combats.
like some weapons being affected acording to weather change etc.

Good idea. Fex heavy rain could give -1 to visibility of all units, making short-range weapons more valuable. Should be a random chance of weather conditions each game, say 20% or so. Or maybe changing as game goes on, at rate of red zone maybe.

and make those damn birds killable πŸ™„ i swear there are times i prefer to shoot the birds and not the enemies.
oh and lightnings that hit during storm and hit random units or have a blinding effect on X radius.
P.S.
Rain effects would be unfair and unbalanced because cashers can buy rain coats and have advantage 😲 i protest!

I d preffer adding some new types of binos, like Thermal googles or night vision googles, both can be used in a night scenario, and the spoted area stay visible for a certain period of time. (like 2 turns)

Yeah Thermal Goggles or Bino/Scope Attachment..
Just think we can see behind obstacles and buildings..
Everything blue colored except for a players which would show up as a nice Red/Yellow Heat effect..
Very tactical.. 10ap to use
And to try to balance it, you can only see behind cover you can visible see in front of you.. 5 tiles into the object or something..
So you cannot see the other side of the map if there are multiple buildings in the way for example only the first building, so many tiles into it, you could get the heat sensor effect..
Say like 5 tiles into an obstacle or 5 tiles through an obstacle can be seen or sensored..

Also..,
Could do with a smoke grenade.. basic item anyone can use..
leaves a cloud 3x3 or 4x4 radius of 100 blind cloud if you step into it...and you cannot see into it either..
your not blinded but if you are in the cloud your vision is reduced to what is in front of you..
Last 3-5 turns randomly determined when set off...
Incendiary Grenade.. 3x3 or 4x4 radius/area on the ground set ablaze with medium to light fire for 3-5 turns players walking through it take light damage, say 10 or under 10 for each step they move within the fire blaze/blast radius of grenade..
So you throw it it hits your target ( initial blast doing some damage ) target set light for 3 or 4 steps- taking damage if you move and the ground is set alight also.. anyone takes damage if they move through the fire..
