I never said ur clan is noob ..(lol)
BUT u can make ur clan good by following these steps..
1. U have to add some loyal, honest,and polite players in ur clan.
2.If u want to raise lvl of ur clan u have to play more games to raise the EXP bar of ur clan so u get lvl of ur clan in this way u get the special clan per ....
3.IF u want ur clan at top 10 u should play more clan wars and emerge ur clan members to play mega's or some clan wars ..

probably because most of your member are...
- lardack(never want to play vs clan) LVL 11 = rank : Private -
- blackhout(never want to play vs clan) (deserter) -
- hayabusa(never want to play vs clan) LVL 13 = rank Sergeant -
- ikerft lvl 5 bad player
- the other clan member is not so bad, but you decrease your clan rank for sure...
this clan need a good cleanup, many good player need clan.
