Ideas about punishment
I'd like to share some thoughts.
First I present my reasoning.
Just as the game's developers would like to make money and have more customers, the players want to be the best that is a fact. So I believe that banning a player (unless it is a very serious case, hacking or something) is not the happiest choice for both parties, is how to prevent a consumer to shop at your store.
So I present my ideas:
1 - As an alternative to ban players, punishment should be applied which would prevent the player from enjoying the game 100%.
Example: The players would only be available to play games 5-5, and that players should not be allowed to collect or exchange items, just buy. This would prevent fights false and farming. Such punishments could be applied on a scale of 50h, 100h, 200h, and forever.
1.1 - Players who would receive the punishment forever hence would buy EC, over time this would be equivalent to the rate of $ 99.5 to remove the ban.
These are just ideas that I had to think about my punishment, perceived simply as ideas.

A player who whats to be the best will never play a fakefight. Real champions are full of honor. Fake-playing is just stupid. Sure you reach some of your goals faster, but with normal fights you would reach it too. Maybe just 1-2 real matches later. So just play normal and fair and you will never come in situations to think about weakening of some punishments.
Some kind of fakefights are really bad for other involved players and i think there is no reason to support a player who brake the rules again and again.

Two slaps on the wrist followed by a ban is lienent enough.
First offense - warning/silence/24h ban
Second offense - warning/silence72h ban
Third offense - Account ban
The first slap on the wrist is a hey, don't do it again. If you choose to ignore the rules and do it again, you know the consequences and take the risk of having your account banned.
If you want to break the rules again and again, you can go play a different game. Cheaters and rule breakers SHOULD be punished.

It is not just punishment for fake, this would be an alternative to other punishments such as''insulting'',''spy'',''bad''words. This is not to remove the penalties for BAN, but this is to let the sanctions more flexible.
A player fighting a fake figth deserves to be banned, but one BAN 24 hours will not change his thinking. That is he think he can play the maxima of fake until being banned the first time without any punishment more. This type of punishment that I am suggesting requires the player to play fairly.

I like this part, i think is a better way to get them punished, also you could low his rank due to this, as the deserters are lowd the fakers got to be knowned also.

I like this part, i think is a better way to get them punished, also you could low his rank due to this, as the deserters are lowd the fakers got to be knowned also.
That still does not prevent him being the "victim" in fake fighting; he can still fake it to others.

Maybe I'm not understanding. You want fakers to ONLY be allowed to mega, yea, thats a reeeeeally good idea......
and being the 'victim' of a fake fight? when you think its a fake, comment on it so anyone watching the game will know your not trying to fake.
Tarr - "Are you fake fighting? Because thats against the rules. This will be screenshotted and posted on the forums"
A mod dropping into a game and seeing this will most likely ban the one player and keep a close eye on you for a while, but atleast you wont get banned right away.
Bring on the banhammer, when it comes to cheating I'd rather the mods swing it with pride than let you go with a slap on the wrist.

Real Champs dont insult other poeple. And the punishment of insulting, or bad words is just a special time of silence.
You really believe a complete 24h ban of a player dont change his thinking about fakes but your penalty will change his thinkings? For sure not, because you still can play and grow. For example your suggestion wouldn't be a penalty for me because it would be the same for me like now.

By my opinion so many players misbehave their position and rank
in the game with their importance.
Basically i think it would be better a change in random
as someone mentioned it before:
it must be combined with the ignore list first
if someone is in than even in random he cant enter.
2. in random must be all of their previous putted up items useless till the battle is over.
otherwise in normal battles they bring and fight how they want.
