I searched the forum and there was no previous answer so here's my question.
How much does a weakening/corrosive weapon damage armor?
Is it a flat number per shot, or is it AP based like flash/poison/stun is?

i think it lowers attrition by 2 per shot which is a "flat" number as u say.

Weakening = reduces target's of armor attrition at a faster rat

Faster, slower, really quick, uber slow, at a normal rate.... NOT what im curious about.
Piecing = 1 attrition reduced per shot? or is it AP based like other art modifiers stun/poison/blind?
Corrosive = 2 attrition?
Weakening = 3 attrition?
Theres no actual numbers here on the forums, THATS what I want to know, and if its based off 'per shot' or 'per ap' like all the other modifiers on artifacts.
The reason I ask, is a weakening pistol would then be more valuable than an assult rifle as far as breaking armor is concerned if it was based on per times you got hit... and if it was an AP based modifier, than a weakening+corrosive RPK could pretty much break armor unless it was brand new; 2+3 = 6 attrition, based off a 9ap shot = 12 or 13 attrition gone each shot

A normal weapon always reduce att of armor by 1. So arts with effects like piercing will reduce attrition by 2 or more.
With mg or pistol you will have same reducing of attrition. All the time just 1. So i believe the effects of piercing and so on will be fix.
