Good work on stopping the trading cheaters.
But, while I understand you want to make as much money as possible, would it not be better to have a really permanent ban for people who routinely cheat and destroy the game for others? Something like maximum three paid ban-removes seems fair. If people have not understood that they cannot fake their way ahead of others by that time, they deserve to be permabanned no matter what $.
