well my account got locked today due to i sold arts to this guy and he commit fraud! this is not my fault but of course i need to pay for that, so due to it I cant charge cash by myself, my clanmate did a huge favor to me, we will have a deal but my arts on BEEhigh acc, so he charged me first and i give him arts when i unlock... so he did his payment and he got his receipt the Order ID: 386Z73R-6WC3Z please i need help of admins as soon as possible.

When someone proposes to charge your account there is a big red warning about this situation which you accept. Thus even you are not guilty and person who charged you commits a fraud you will still be locked until recoup that charge yourself plus chargeback comission (20%).
Selling arts is always a risk, and you've been warned about it way before.
