UPDATES! CRITICAL probability
i guess not is only me who rly want to know what change in this updates with 2 or 3 files in max, if this updates change something in game or in weapons
i want to know what is the real probability of critical of weapons without luck perks, because if we can know this, we can make better builds
for example i have one unit with doom, but i dont know the probability of my vinto make critical without perks, i will use barret but i dont know the probability of barret make critical

barret critical rate is much lower than vintorez (vintorez have build in silencer)

Q: What is the critical chance rate by default ?
A: Mainly 10%, but some weapons have 15% and some of them even more
what kinds of weapon have more crit rate then others?
