I think the clanes have to have a admin that can control the clan to decide who to puut admin so that when lider have to go out and if no t want to give clan can let him to admin
(LIDER CHOOSE WHO)
the admin can kick and put new members but can pass the clan him self THAT LL BE THE BEST IDEA

First of all. The Leader of an clan pay much money for this clan. He is the only one who can choose what happens with the clan and what not. He can give his leadership to another player or not. If a leader is inactive so his clan will die too. If he get banned he can pay for unban.
It same like a car. If you buy a car and you dont use it anymore, this not mean all other can use your car just because of this.
But with new clansystem there comes new jobs for clanmembers too.

This is only true if clan owner gets banned, and is stupid enough to buy a new clan on new acc for $200 instead of getting back his old acc for $100.... But if he just logs off and never logs back on... is no new clan. at least not because of old one dying.
