Blind/Stun affects not Updated on time

The ill affects number written on units should be updated at the end of that player's turn, but they aren't.
This bug started long ago, maybe 2 months already, I just was sure that all had noticed it and at least someone have posted it on the forum.
But i was mistaken, no one gives a da...
So i will ☺
Someone gets blinded or stunned for a certain percent amount. After his turn is finished the affect should be reduced, but if you look at him he still have the same amount written on him. Only after he gets shot, blinded again, or some other effect it afflicted upon him does the number gets updated.
You can also notice that if he get additionally blinded or stunned on consecutive turn, the percentage amount is increased by smaller amount than expected. I'll give an example:
unit got blinded 40%, a turn passes, that unit should have the affect reduced to 24% (or close to it, I'm not sure about the exact number), but it still shows 40% as explained above. It gets hit again by a blinding nade, and the pop up above his head says he got blinded by only 24%. So its true that the total blind affect should be 64%, but it should first updated the blind affect at the end of that unit's turn so all can know the actual blind percentage that unit is suffering, and when it get blinded again it should write the correct number which is additional 40%.
This bug causes confusion when approaching that unit. you think its blinded 40% so it cant see you, but actually its only ~20 so it can.
also when trying to look at the dispersion of the guns of that unit before the start of the next turn, the dispersion written is based on that wrong number; only when the turn starts the number is updated and you see the dispersion has changed to correct number. This all should update at the end of the previous turn.
I'm still surprised no one has reported it yet, and that it wasn't noticed by mods.

Yes i know that ALWAYS an effect shows not reduced % at the end of the turn, but you have to mean it!
But about that % is not rising after next nade, it is not real true.
Just its a bug when (usually) flash nade doesnot work, just becoz unit already was blinded. i have written about it here флэш не слепит! ВОТ это БАГ! а не то что вы плачете
