i had this problem 2, i used a blag credit card number , just get a real one and change a few numbers once u put this in a another option to pay using ur amazon balance becomes available. It may try to make a transaction with this card number which will fail as it is not a true CC number just go back the payment section and should be option to use ur AT cash.
