Tried to install Gunrox on my new computer, but there is an error, saying it cannot download "C:\ProgramFiles\GUNROX\License.txt".

Maybe because of write-protection.
Try to delete the file:
C:\ProgramFiles\GUNROX\License.txt
or maybe the complete gunroxfolder.
Reinstall Gunrox again.

Problem solved. All I had to do was disable AVG anti-virus protection. ☺
Edit: There was a bigger problem that I discovered. If you have an anti-virus protector and you want to disable it, you cannot run Gunrox on it using a "Guest" account.
