well..
it's all about medals 'the serial killer ' 
i all ready have killed 761 enemy unit ,and 254 of my unit's are dead ,but still i don't have this medal any one know why...?

Bcz the counter of medals begins in lv8.so....you need kills 500 units from the moment you be lv 8,you are lv 12 now.need more kills,so go to fight more.😁

Each kill will start to count towards the Serial Killer medal once you reach level 8.
Everything you do before that level will be ignored.

thats true, but i have same issue with healing medal.
and im lvl 17, and heal 150-200 hp each battle ^.^

Healing medal is just for using a doc-unit. Use 5* first aid 1*doctor and heal with this doctor your own units or units of your team at megas.

I think medals should start at level 6 when nearly all the cool perks are given out, I mean I started to do 100+ Hits with a MG critical unit I made about 4 shots like that before I got to be level 8 last night, In fact I think that medals should started from level 1! because If the initial stats don't count then there should be no initial stats at all (till you are able to earn the medal that is)
New people won't even know there is something like "Medals" in game and it kinda makes it senseless that Medals start at level 8.... I mean what about the stats before it? I don't think they can be farmed much :/ at all that they are limited to level 8.

xDDDDDDD you are so crazy that I must be smiling... 😁 I remember times ,when medals were from level 10 and later admins gave it to level 8 .... Now you want give it to level 6 ??? or 1 ?? you must be very naive when you think it will be how you said. 😁(nice sentence)
And second what i want tell you is,most of new players dont know about something called medals, this you can believe me 😎
