40 skill points doesn't do that much for an RPG, or any rocket launcher for that matter... which was why I got out of the grenade launchers entirely. SURESHOT rocket launchers on the other hand, are extremely nasty - guaranteed targeting and huge damage! I had put up a Personal Platinum Sureshot RPG on the Artifact Market earlier in the month... surprised nobody went for it.

Personal Keys
I think the antique keys should be personal, due to the low odds of finding a chest. I'm sure there are good reasons why they aren't personal, but that's just my point of view. ☺

This is not your real build,cause atleast have 2 legendary weapons there.You posted this thread for a real question or just to show your Arts?For both reason also have bad answer for you.If just to show your Arts,so...all can say your Arts are noob.If your build help you use all of these weapons without Legendary,so you have bad build ever(Submachinegun+shotgun,Machinegun+Rockets launcher...etc)
