Hi,
I am the mother of my son who is playing here. I need help. I was charged to my credit card of 10,000 enkord reg now $10.55 last November 19, 2010 and when my son checked his account here, it does not appear the 10,000 enkord, it shows only 1 enkord. Since my son is not playing this game anymore for almost two months, I would like to cancel his membership in this game. Can you help me how to do this?

i payed for 10,000 encord cash threw paypal and i did not recive it. how can i get my encord cash or a refund???

i had the same problem made my payment at nov 23 and received it at 25 it takes latest 48 hrs to reach the acc. if u dont recieve it after 2 days then u have good reasont to be 😡 😉

If you used SuperRewards, there is a green "View offer status" button on the page where you charge. There you can inquire about your payments.
