Let me clarify the question - someone with bullet hell and doom if is 100 blinded has lower chance to do a critical. And generally speaking is blind is related to critical shot. The blind status condition affects unit vision and weapon accuracy by the same percentage. So a unit that's blinded will scratch much more frequently... which means fewer chances to deliver critical hits. Critical Hits are generally a "random" thing - no matter much much a unit is blinded when shooting, if the attack "lands," it can be a critical. A good example is how random critical hits work in "Team Fortress 2". When you get a "critical hit" to occur, you have to hit the target for it to register. Missing does absolutely nothing! In other words, until I hear otherwise from credible sources, blindness does not reduce the chance to score a critical hit. 15 years ago Quote	15 years ago Quote
