Iron Promoter Medal: Referr 50 players to the game. (awarded 5,000 EC)
Bronze Promoter Medal: Referr 200 players to the game. (awarded 20,000 EC)
Silver Promoter Medal: Referr 500 players to the game. (awarded 100,000 EC)
Gold Promoter Medal: Referr 1000 players to the game. (awarded 200,000 EC)

How to referr (my version): A player that has never download GUNROX, and is new, has to click your referral link. For you, your referral link is http://www.gunrox.com/?ref=ABS-CBN. He/she will be directed to www.gunrox.com. There, the player will be able to download the game and you will receive a referral point. You can view your referral points in the Cash Shop.
If you play a different game, have a YouTube account, use another forum - anything that you play aside from GUNROX can be used to referr players to this game, and sure enough, they will click your referral link.
Here is another helpful set of data you can go by:
When player referred by you gains level 2 - 20 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 3 - 60 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 4 - 120 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 5 - 200 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 6 - 300 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 7 - 500 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 8 - 800 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 9 - 1000 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 10 - 2000 enkord cash
