This sucks but simple(i think) to fix.
I have a good amount of attacks everyday for my clan. But what people are doing is when i attack them they say "aff" "why attack me?" then they put me on ignore. This makes me not be able to see them to attack them later. I think this is not how the ignore list is designed to work. At first thought you just say " i'll just /whois them later" but with all the silly characters players use to decorate their name it's hard enough to remember one much less all of them who put you on ignore for using the clan mechanics to attack others. My suggestion is on your ignore tab, below the players you are ignoring you see the players that are ignoring you. Every thing else stays the same about ignore (can't send messages etc.) except your able to click the names of players ignoring you and perform your duty as a clan member and kick their butt.

Its also bad that you cannot see a person when you try to attack an outpost. They could be defending but because they are invisible to you, you cannot tell until you get into the game and then you realise you are outnumbered. Happened to me with some C2A members I put on ignore.
They should not be able to see you - thats how ignore SHOULD work.

Do you ever heard about options?
There are options for settings of ignore-list too.
For example last setting is for showing ignored players at location-list or not.
