Clan Attacks
I do not understand something about clan attacks. I can not seem to attack enemy clan members because it says they are not available. Other than level difference, diplomatic relations, or them being in battle, why cant I attack them?

if they just get out of a battle, you cant attack them, after 15 minutes you can attack them. Diplomatic relations means that either your clan is alliance with that clan or your clan made non attack pact with them, your clan also need to declare war with them so you can be able to attack them, for tournament players, you cant attack them 1 hour before the tournament match starts.
I might miss more infomation about this, fix me if i do
