2 DAYS AGO SAW YOU BANNING PLAYERS FOR HACKING??? I ASKED YOU WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? U MUTE ME, WHY? 1 QUIESTION = MUTE? CANT WE JUST ASK A QUIESTION TO A MODERATOR WHO IS HERE FOR HELP? OR WE NEED TO GO ALL THE WAY TO THE BROWSER....OPEN IT..... AND GO POST IN FORUM.... AND WAT LONG TIME FOR A RESPONSE......TOO MUCH TIME FOR YOU BERSERKER,TO JUST GIVE ME 1 ANSWER , IF U SO BUSY U CANT ANSWER THEN OK

anyway, i''ve been a moderator in a different strategy game simulair to age of empires ('populous') and it got lot player like gunrox in the time i was mod, the players just ask question in chat or private message to you and i understand that u really busy with other things and got no time to answer, so i thing i got a good idea, other games got it too its like ''costumer support'', lot of players pay for gunrox, we are a costomer of enkord.com, se we got right to have costomer support , why dont just make a chatox if u got a serious question and 1 or more moderators are in that chatbox and answer questions and others spectate fights and after few hours switch, u understand me?, i know gunrox got a report button but i think u guys are too busy to answer those too, i think u must try this, if all mods are busy and dont got time for it i would do it! hundreds of players got questions, and forum takes too long, if u get direct answers and instructions how to solve a problem ETC. its really nice to have DIRECT SUPPORT , thunk about it its a good idea, just make a chatroom name : game support, and u go there you will see the number of mods online in this chatroom and other stuff, think i about this, make more idea''s to make this work and maybe it will be succesfull
