Hi lovely cutie noobie bers ☺
Well,I played in my low acc NotAnyMercy when I was 18 lvls and vs RustoTuristo of GROM 19 lvls.I won and loots some Arts from him,its quite good arts in ours lvls(I think you already know which kinds).Now my acc 20 lvls (abt ~50 battles after that random vs him) and I sell some of Arts on market,and today I saw reason why you banned NotAnyMercy.
So,what must ppl like me can do in this case?
We can't not folow all of opponents to see they'll get banned coz of hacked items or not,after won them in battles and loots some arts,anyway it's quite long time ago( 18 > 20 took abt 2 weeks+ even I played 4-5 battles per day)
I saw that hacker just get banned today 12/11,and I put these Arts on market yesterday 11/11.How do I know these are hacked items before owner get banned coz of hacking???
You know abt my time spended in Gunrox is not so short,so I think in this case NotAnyMercy was a victim.Hope you can check again and unban NotAnyMercy.

yes i saw those arts. 2 dazzling godly ageless weapons. and some other arts i forgot the names anyways i agree with rose why should someone get banned for looting those arts after winning. its their right to loot they won the game and secondly those arts should still be given to rose since its already hers she won it from a game. I know those are hacked items but still remember that if she lost game those weapons she lost will be lost for good and we use cash to pay for them and her opponent won because of hacked items so i think that is reason enough for her to kip those arts and also to get unbanned

i also forgot to ask how do we even know that those are hacked items???? do we have to just take your word for it??? i have played many online games and usually the practice is the hacker gets banned thats it all the items stolen will not be retrned to the owner. everyone is responsible for his or her account thats the point why we have passwords so that we can make sure our accounts are protected.

RUSO ISNT HACKER, he just bought alot of arts from hacker, in the beging when he started buy them he had no idea that is stolen arts cause, he got trade, player showed him monster arts and he was only choosing and paying...

more reason then that honest players should be protected and not be punished for buying something or looting something they didnt know was stolen or hacked

Even if RusoTuristo didn't know what kind of arts he received (which is highly unlikely due to amount and nature of arts), he still had clear understanding that he obtained arts illegally (paying outside of the game), so this is still a subject to prosecution with all seriousness.
As for the NotAnyMercy, the amount and quality of those arts was far from what you are telling (just winning fame and getting them). There were far too many of them. You even was so cynical that put those hacked arts for sale in Cash Shop. Your ban is fair. If you think it's unfair, I can ban your Black Rose account too to make it more fair.
