Got Cheated With the Cash Shop :(
Today I Was Trying To Recharge my account with 35000 enkord using my credit card as its 29.95$ , Each time i was trying it tells me that there is a problem that the system can't check that the informations i entered on the recharge process was valid, so i tried it for about 5 times each time it tells me the same problem and that was 2 hours ago then i give up, Now i just received 5 mails by the 5 attempts to recharge by the 29.95$ that they are successfully done and i had to receive 175000 enkord in my account but i only got 140000 enkord that means that one of the 5 attempt was checked out from my credit card and i did not receive enkord cash for this process, now i need help to retrieve my money back or just the enkord cash instead , and its really a disaster cause i was supposed to charge only with 30$ but now i charged with 150$ instead cause of your inconvenience system that was lagging and cost me the 5 attempts . hope some one can help me in this matter by return back my money or just consider them as 100$ Charge equals to 150000 and another 50$ equals 70000 that will be total 220000 not 175000 enkord cause thats really Unfair and no reasonable person will do it, by the way the order numbers as following :

I checked now and i have got my lost order from the 5 ones, thank you anyway. But i was hoping for a Compensation for the inconvenience system you got that made me charge 5 times by 30$ instead of one and their total is 150$ as i said in my first topic that no reasonable person will ever do it to charge 5 times with 30$ instead of doing a 100$ and 50$ to take advantage of the Extra enkord Points, hope you can understand what i mean. and ty anyway.
